Our Thailand Shirt Factory has a production capacity of up to 4000 pcs/daily we make sure that we have the most variety available to meet the needs of all clients interested in this product. We have a vast range of patterns available that include; Kid T’s, Mens and Ladies Slim fit, Unisex Standard Fit, Long Sleeve, Cut Off, V Neck, Round Neck, Vintage, Skater or Hip Hop T’s, and all of these are available in many different fabrics and colours.

Our Standard fabrics include:

  • C32 – 160 GSM
  • C40 – 135 GSM
  • Poly Cotton Blends
All Over Printing and more….We work directly with mills so you can select the pantone colour, fabric weight, composition and whatever else you may need. So feel free to let us know what it is that you are looking for.




HOODIES
Whether its a zip up hoody

pull over or a full set to include the bottom we have what you need. We produce hoodies in different weights (light weight and standard heavy weight) in a vast array of colours so we are certail we will have what you need.




SINGLETS


Another popular item with many of the gyms we supply is the singlet.

There are many styles available for this item and they include: String Singlet, Razor Back Singlet, Skater Cut Singlet, Spandex Singlet, Power Lifting Singlet, T Back Singlet, and of course the Standard Singlet.M

The materials are usually the same as the tshirt fabrics but keep in mind we have sport micro fiber functional fabrics and these are quite popular with the gym and supplement companies around the world.





POLOS


Polos are perfect as a uniform or for events.

We have a few different styles such as the Functional Fabric Micro Fiber Polo which is similar to that of the Under Armour style. The standard Lacoste knit polo and the newly popular smooth 100% cotton Polo. As with the tshirts polos are available in several fabrics and weights and again you will have full control over what you want here.

Customization is also possible such as stripes on collar and sleeve cuff, standard non elastic sleeve cuff, colour accent inner button flap, etc. Again the design is completed up to you so let your imagination run wild.




CAPS


Caps are always a perfect item to go along with any brand or shirt combo.

We have many styles to choose from and they include: Trucker Style, Hip Hop Snap Back, Full Back, Flex Fit, Adjustable Standard Cap, Visor, Winter Touque or Skull cap, Military Style Cap and more.

As hard as it is to believe the caps are also custom so you can do things to match you brand or style such as; different coloured stitching, vent holes, adjuster, printed bill etc. Just send us the design and let us print it to life.
