How long it will take to receive my samples?
By using express services as Fedex or UPS your samples will be delivered to your door in less than 3 days from the shipment day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on volume order and method of shipment the delivery may vary drastically. If you decide the express solution by choosing Fedex or UPS you’ll get your order in less than 3 days.
- If you want to reduce your cost, Air Cargo might be the right choice. You’ll get your order in 5 to 7 working days.
- If you are not in a hurry and want to maximize your profit, freight shipment can be a great solution. General shipment by freight takes 3-4 weeks to reach final destination.
Thai Tshirt Factory will anyway assist you trough this process and will give you the solution that fit your needs (time & money).
Can I ship with my favourite shipper ?
Thai Tshirt Factory will recommend you shippers according to your order. If you wish to use your favorite shipper we’ll be glad to calculate in accordance with your desired shipper’s rates.
Can I return my order?
Customers can claim the company on any damage or defect due to production. The claim must be made with a proper and appropriate explanation, by writing to the company, within 15 days from the delivery as shown in the airway bill, otherwise, we do consider that you are fully satisfied with our products. Any damage due to transportation must be claimed directly to the shipping company. Please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
